Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery Area
Goods are delivered worldwide.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):
No shipping costs within Germany.

EU deliveries & International deliveries:
We charge a flat shipping fee of €9,99 per order.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes place within 3–5 business days.
For international deliveries, delivery takes place within 5–14 business days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further Details on Payment

When paying by SEPA direct debit, by granting a corresponding SEPA mandate you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account.

You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit. Please ensure that sufficient funds are available in your account on the announced date.

When paying by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
